She now wants to see the age limit on the app raised to 18 to stop children seeing these risque comments.

Other online posts show Cleverbot saying ‘drags you by your hair into by backyard’ after a chat about passing out through lack of oxygen from hugging.
Amy added: ‘When I went to the police I was infuriated, they just said there is nothing they can do as it’s an automated service.
‘Reviews I have seen online say it is a paedophile type of thing and lots of other people have had the same problem.
Another comment included: ‘I dare you to do something naughty to me.’ The chatbot then went on to say it ‘places hand on shoulders’ in another response to the schoolgirl as well as asking how old she was.
